An Inbound14 reading list

Some of our team have been at HubSpot’s annual conference, Inbound14, this week. We’ve been treated to best-of-class teaching on the state of inbound marketing, inspiration and networking.

Over the course of the week we have created quite a reading list for the days and weeks following Inbound14, and we thought we would share the books that top our list.

Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why” has long been a favorite. After hearing his keynote speech on Tuesday, his latest book, Leaders Eat Last, has jumped to the very top of our list.  It deals with the biology of leadership, cooperation, and what it means to be fully human in our connected society.

Paul Roetzer

Paul Roetzer is founder and CEO of PR 20/20, a Cleveland-based inbound marketing agency, and author of The Marketing Performance Blueprint and The Marketing Agency Blueprint. His detailed approach to inbound marketing is phenomenal.

Ekaterina Walter

This one just speaks for itself! It is a gorgeous book, too. The Power of Visual Storytelling will help you organize your content and use it to drive inbound leads and sales.

Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah

We couldn’t post this without mentioning Inbound Marketing, by HubSpot founders Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah. Inbound Marketing is a fabulous overview of how HubSpot was founded and championed a new way of marketing. It doesn’t top our reading list for post-Inbound14, however, since we have already read it!

So that’s it: the three top books on our reading list after the Inbound14 conference. Dive in and learn more about attracting, converting, closing and delighting through the inbound methodology.  Like what you read? Why don’t you join our team next year for Inbound15?
